DUE TO COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

Shipping / Delivery / Local Delivery Policies 

All Items are mailed within 3-5 Business days via USPS from receipt of purchase unless otherwise notified. All orders for local pickup are ready within an hour and must be picked up within 3 business days or your order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued.

**We do not ship international orders**

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States

Postal Service directly. Dorothy's Daughters Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING HAS BEEN ISSUED. FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS OFFICE AND REQUEST A TRACE ON YOUR PACKAGE. IF AN UNCLAIMED PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED BACK TO US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS TO MAIL THE PACKAGE OUT AGAIN. DOROTHY'S DAUGHTERS BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER SUCH AS A NATURAL CATASTROPHIC EVENTS. 

Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you RECEIVE a defective/damaged item. We will ONLY exchange the item for the same item and size and we must be notified within 24 hours of the item being delivered. If the item is no longer available we will issue a merchandise credit.
